The piece results in a creation of a live performance mostly improvised, on fixed media, using both totally and partly analogic technology, actually considered obsolete or “vintage”, involved in audio and video part. This specific piece of music comprehend a 4 track tape cassette decks, reel to reel recorders, modular synth, reverberation devices, video mixer, and tapes and it especially emphasize the melange (mixture) of audio sources in layers and the use of delay effect on tape (Frippertronics technique) to build evolving sound textures with particula evocative meaning.
Andrea BUI. Starts the study of music in quite early age, focalizing itself on various intruments. His particular interest was the sound manipulation and field recording, especially urban, and old technology collecting, used for creative composition. Is student at the Florence MNTec course, with special interest in sound spacialization.
Vanessa TRIPPI very young starts the study of violin, participating and winning various youth concourses. Gained a degree in viola, while experiencing an intense orchestral experience with varius directors (Acocella, Fabbriciani, Rossi, Pinzauti), and recently is intensely involved in teaching (orchestra with classes, MLT Gordon approach, and ORFF approach). Student at the MNT course in Florence, with special interest in field recording and analog and “classic” techniques.
